We plan to run the following courses over the year.
Mindfulness for Health course. Breathworks accredited programmes designed to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, helping you cope with pain and/or chronic illness.
Mindfulness for Stress course. Specially designed for people suffering from stress associated with work, family and relationships, loss, PTSD, depression, chronic generalised anxiety, social anxiety, and those who simply want to boost their resilience, learn mindfulness and meditation, or find greater joy and well-being in their lives.
Mindful Coaching: The above courses are provided on a one to one basis and organised to suit your particular needs.
Mindfulness for Women course, led by Vidyamala, group based. (TBA)
Practice Sessions: A follow-up two-hour practice session for people who have completed one of the above courses, or another Mindfulness Course (TBA)
